Police Referrals

This is a joint initiative between the DVNQ and the Queensland Police Service (QPS).  With the consent of clients, police refer community members who are experiencing Domestic and Family Violence or using violence within their relationships to DVNQ through the Police Referrral system. DVNQ then contacts clients and provides support which can include crisis counselling, information and referrals. We encourage clients to agree to have our service contact them.
